With the Whistler Blackcomb mountains receiving an average of 10.2 meters (400 inches) per year, you are guaranteed plenty of white stuff to play in when you get here.
The ski areas are typically open from mid-November through the end of April, with Blackcomb extending operations at least through the end of May. The backcountry offers a wide variety of terrain for snowmobiling tours, snowshoeing, nordic skiing, heli-skiing, dog sledding, and more.
