Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations (BPA) was started in 1997 with just one property - our owner Roy Wiltshire's Whistler Aspens condominium. Roy founded Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations because he could not find a property management company that would look after his condo and his guests the way he felt they should be looked after. Today, BPA manages over 100 family vacation rental properties in the Whistler Blackcomb area. We partner with each of our owners to provide our guests with the best possible experience.

BPA has professional associations with some of the best travel and vacation providers around, yet we are small enough to know and care about each and every one of our owners, properties, and guests.

We provide professional representation of our properties on our cutting-edge, mobile-friendly website,, to ensure maximum exposure to our targeted audiences. From real-time availability on the website, through the entire booking process, guests can have a seamless booking experience should they choose to book their vacation online. We also have dedicated staff available to help answer any questions guests may have throughout the process. Our staff knows the Whistler Blackcomb area well, and they know the ins and outs of every one of our properties.

Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations has local, on-site maintenance and cleaning staff, should anything be needed during a guest's stay. This also allows us to proactively clean, maintain, and outfit our vacation properties to a standard our guests have come to expect.
