Stay in Whistler in 2021 with Confidence

Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations is enhancing our services and protocols to be sure we’re mitigating the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have adjusted our procedures and increased our cleaning services according to disinfection guidelines from the British Columbia Minister of Health. 

As visitors begin returning to Whistler, we are helping people navigate local regulations simply and easily. We have adopted cleaning and disinfection recommendations from the BC Minister of Health, intensified housekeeping protocols, and added new services that promote social distancing.

Here are some of the important procedures we are following to keep people safe and healthy. Your safety and wellbeing is our top priority, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns. 

Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations is taking our cleaning standards to the next level. Between each stay, all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected according to the BC Ministry of Health guidelines. 

We sanitize and disinfect surfaces with increased focus on high-touch surfaces such as countertops, light switches, and doorknobs. We also provide masks and gloves for our staff and allow a 24-hour gap between every reservation.

Increased Sanitation Standards Include:

  • Following established BC Ministry of Health cleaning and sanitation guidelines.

  • Using Health Canada’s List of hard-surface commercial-grade disinfectants for use again Covid-19.

  • Detailed sanitation of high touch areas.

  • Providing masks and gloves to our staff.

  • Replacing linens and towels between every stay.

  • Providing extra sheets for long stays.

 

Flexible Cancellations

We know it’s hard to plan your vacation right now, so we’ve adjusted our cancellation policies. Here is an overview of our policies for this summer and into the winter.

2021 Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Reservation Deposit - 25% of reservation total is due at time of booking.

Final Balance Payment - Balance is due, in full, 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy –

Guests arriving through Nov 25, 2021 will be eligible for a full credit (for 18 months from arrival date) or refund (minus 3% deposit paid), as long as the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before arrival date.

When you stay with us, you can receive grocery deliveries right to your rental. We also have contactless check-in and connections with Whistler activity experts who will help you plan safe, responsible adventures.

Contactless Check-in

When you stay with us, entering your Whistler rental is simple. Using our self-check-in process, you can access your property seamlessly, without needing to contact someone in-person. We make sure your rental is prepared before you arrive so that you can experience immediate privacy.

Grocery Delivery

Using our grocery delivery service, you can have food and other essentials delivered right to your rental.

Safe Activities

Get some much needed fresh air, far away from the crowds. Our local experts will help you discover secret trails and fun mountain activities that allow you to get away from it all.

Travel Responsibly

Please travel responsibly. As visitors return to Whistler, we’re communicating the importance of traveling responsibly and respecting local regulations. Since regulations change daily, we recommend staying up to date with British Columbia public health resources.
