Wonderful Stay at Greystone Lodge!

My fiancé and I just stayed at Greystone Lodge for 6 days and had a wonderful time. We were there to ski so the location to the lifts was a top priority and this one did not disappoint. The spring conditions required us to walk a little bit to and from the adjacent trail, but was minimal and expected for snow coverage at this time of year. The condo was very clean and accommodating, as were the hot tubs and outdoor pool. Super comfortable beds and very good kitchenware for cooking. Ski lockers were great for us and underground parking was plentiful. We will definitely look to stay here again, thank you to the Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations for making our visit very enjoyable!

We weren't sure where exactly to stay, but wanted ski-in, ski-out. Greystone #217 was perfect. Short walk, even in the snow, to Blackcomb Village, and everything you'd want was in the unit. No gym, but who needs it when you have the great outdoors? We even spotted a bear outside our window....free convenient parking too. P.S. Oven wasn't working, but stovetop was. We didn't need oven but needs to be fixed. Would def stay there again.

Everything was good, It is very well located, close to the lift and the condo was excellent, the cleaning and maintenance people was very kind and friendly and willing to help.It would be very nice if the front desk personnel showed more often, We only saw them once or twice during our stay

The suite was very clean and well stocked with dishes. The management company was great! We arrived early to ski and they were able to accommodate us to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated! The coffee pot didn't work but they were quick to replace it with a brand new one still in the box! The only minor complaint would be that the toilet wasn't the greatest. It kept running and didn't always flush properly. I would definitely recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay and we love the greystone and unit 217 - we have stayed at the greystone many times and in that particular unit 3 times now. My only negative comment would be that it needs a bit more maintenance- there are some bar chairs that are worn down and all the knives that are supposed to be sharp were dull. Otherwise we loved it and will stay there again.

The suite was great. The beds were comfortable, even the pull-out couch wasn't bad like in most places we've rented. Best of all, the proximity to the village is awesome and to Lost Lake too. It's an excellent family vacation spot! However, the floors in the living room could have been cleaner, but the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen were very clean. We would definitely come again.

We loved our stay here. Everything was easy! Apartment was clean & well provided for. I though the spa with people in it might be an issue late at night but they stuck to curfew. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Greystone previously and will most probably stay again. The unit is well equipped and had everything we need. It's perfect for skiing; lockers for ski gear, space to store ski clothing in apartment, hot tub and pool for the end of the day, close to gondola, free internet, good TV, nice and warm, great shower. Staff are all friendly. Thank you Greystone.

Could do with some more mirrors, as there was only one in the bathroom. But apart from that it was perfect for what we needed! We had a great stay, and the self check in was quick and easy. Would highly recommend!

What a gem of an apartment. Massive bed, good quality linen and towels. Immaculately clean and well kitted our for everything you need for a good stay. Free underground parking and short walk to the upper village. Nice touches with the BBQ and pool towels. Hot tub and swimming pool a bonus. I would definitely book there again if in the area.

This location is wonderful and I feel like the unit is a great value especially for a family of five. We have stayed here in the past as well and probably will again in the future. I would recommend updating the kitchen supplies as we were constantly running out of utensils, couldn’t find any Tupperware and some of the older pots and pans left Teflon on our food. Those are all an easy fix though..

Very nice place. Well stocked. Comfortable bed. The only issue is with the pool area which is right outside the unit. They don't enforce 10 PM quiet time. The lights were off put people still making noise until 10:45 PM. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

The idea to have another small bed in the bedroom is fantastic for a family. Building is quiet, 2 min walk from the trails of Blackcomb. Well equiped, clean and spacious for up to 4 even 5 people. 2 things we didn’t like: the A/C is a PORTABLE A/C so it wasn’t enough efficient to drop the temperature and very noisy! The other negative element is that the code to access the building changed and we got locked out.

Loved the unit. Great communication with the rental team. Check-in check-out was very smooth. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the kitchen was awesome. Would definitely stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation not too far away from the village and all we wanted to do. Access was quite easy. Overall, very good value for money.

The room was excellent and very clean. It was exactly as advertised. Checking in/out, the pool, parking, and bike storage were all great. Other visitors did not obey the 10pm pool closure time, which kept our young son awake. The signs are very clear, so I'm not really sure what could have been done to make them more respectful! That is certainly not on Greystone! On the information we received with our booking, it states that the pool opens at 8, when it actually opens at 10. There is a portable air conditioner in the room, but no instructions on how to use it. We will definitely return!

We understand that not all guests will honor the rule of the 10 pm pool time.As Greystone does not have a front desk attendant available after hours it depends on the guests to manage their noise and we apologize for this, it is not often we have noise complaints at the Greystone.

This unit was clean and the perfect size for our family of five. My kids loved the hot tub and pool. You can ski in and out, but it does require a little cross country skiing as it’s set back from the mountain a little. The only issues we had were no large trash can and limited plates which were both remedied within hours of calling Blackcomb Peaks. For the price we paid we can’t imagine a better unit. We loved our stay on Blackomb Mountain and will hopefully be back. We liked how Blackomb is more laid back and less crowded than Whistler (no lines for dinner, etc.).

For years we usually stayed at Pam Pacific Mountain Side in Whistler since it is one of the best ski in/ski out accommodations. We stayed 4 nights in early March of 2018 at Greystone in unit 217 and found a new favorite! It is a quiet building with easy access to the ski out run in the morning and ski in to get back at the end of the day. Unit is clean and comfortable. We defiantly would be looking to stay there in a future. Did not have to pay extra for parking, which is a bonus in Whistler.

This is a very nice place to stay in the Greystone building and in Whistler in general. The unit sleeps 5 or 6 people, is modern and fully-equipped. The building has all the amenities you need, from underground parking to a lovely heated pool and two hot tubs. A short walk to the base of Blackcomb, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and a quieter area finish off an overall nicely rounded package. Nice!

We hade a great stay at this unit which was only a few minute walk to the base of Blackcomb. Everything was as expected except the wifi, which was intermittent. Property manager as taking great care of the amenities including hot tub and pool. Very friendly.

We enjoyed the location of Greystone, near the Lost Lake Trail and an easy walk to the Village Centre. The condo is nicely updated and beds/pillows were comfortable. Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves during the day. It was hot and smoky while we were there, so we kept the windows closed and the portable air conditioner (located in the bedroom) runing during the day but it was still uncomfortable in the living room and kitchen - an electric fan would have been very helpful. A couple housekeeping issues - The air conditioner water container had not been emptied between guests and was full when we arrived. The duvet was bunched up inside the bottom of the duvet cover so we had to shake it out before using it.

Had a great stay in the Greystone unit 217. Unit was exactly as pictured. Bright and sunny and a short walk to upper village. Great big rainfall shower, enjoyed they had ice in the freezer and Saran Wrap in the cupboard. Slight downfall is that it was warm in the unit even with the window air conditioner. Enjoyed the hot tub at night after hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

Helpful staff, modern and clean, not too busy during our August weekend stay. Many times had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Came with plenty of towels. Comfy king size beds and lots of room for our 3 kids. Even though a 3 night minimum was required staff work with us to adjust pricing as we only needed 2 nights. Greystone itself is about a 10-15min walk from the hustle and bustle of whistler village but it is a nice walk, closer to the base of blackcomb which is a much quieter, less busier location. Underground parking is a bonus. I would recommend this to a friend and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location, GREAT apartment - the largest one bedroom I've seen, so very spacious - Huge comfortable bedroom as well which is nice! You won't feel cramped here! And ski in ski out on Blackcomb, which is nice. Mgmt team very helpful as I had forgotten something and had to run back to get it well after check out!

The unit was GREAT, very nice. 217 had recently been remodeled, it's beautiful. The kitchen was really nice, very well stocked and had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The Greystone lodge is older and some of the common areas (locker rooms, pool, hot tub) were a bit run down. We would stay in unit 217 again, we loved it.

We stayed here for 5 days during the summer period. The accommodation was spacious and was well equipped. Location was a 10mins walk to the main village which made it quite convenient to pick up any supplies we need, everything else was a short drive away. The only complaint was the bedroom over looks the only swimming pool in the complex which means that it can be quite noisy but overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our only critic is the bed was hard.

We stayed at Greystone #217 and found the accomodations as advertised: very comfortable and convenient to our activities. The unit was spacious for 3 adults. We received timely responses when we contacted management. We enjoyed the view of the pool and spa off the balcony and thoroughly enjoyed the use of both. Free secure parking was a bonus! We will be back!

Going to whistler for a 4 night ski trip. We stayed at greystone 217.All is perfect in this unit and the decoration and furniture are very nice. Ski in /ski out is very pleasant. Going to village each night, using free parking after 5pm at the village.Thanks. We recommend this accomodation ! Special thanks to Eva from guest relation blackcomb peak accomodation !

Great location. Easy walk to the village. Enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Didn't think the kitchen was set up as well as it could be for anyone wanting to do some cooking e.g. no garlic press, no spatulas, no steamer, awful knives, no serving dishes for meals or appies, old coffee maker, no grinder for coffee beans etc.

Greystone was great. The building is a little old, but nicely updated. It is convenient for ski in/ski out. 217 is very nice inside and it was perfect for our family of 4. You do need a passcode (number) to get into the unit was not included in our check-in materials...that caused some issue checking in. Also, one of the lights in the kitchen is hanging from its wire, but could be easily fixed. The hot tub is also small, but we didn't have any problems when we stayed. We would stay there again.

Very comfortable, nicely remodeled unit. Great bathroom with nice tiled walk in shower Good location. A bit close to the pool though, but during our stay it wasn't incredibly busy so not too much of an issue. Unit has blue ray/dvd but good luck finding a place to rent anything in Whistler, TV on demand was unavailable, just fyi. Definitely would stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment, well maintained, that is perfectly located. Genuinely ski in/out and low enough on the slope that the walk to the Upper Village is easy. Lodge front desk is helpful and very competent. Pool and spas are excellent. Kitchen has good appliances and utensils (although why no tea strainer?). No left behind salt, pepper, oil, etc so need to buy all of these yourself. Minor glitch with providing access code was rapidly and well dealt with by Blackcomb Peaks Accommodation.

We stayed enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nicely decorated, bright and spacious. The bathroom in particular was very spacious with a nice rain shower. The main negative was that the gas BBQ tank was empty and we only realized that after purchasing our steaks. Also the balcony faces the pool/hottub, so it can be noisy until they close. Otherwise the unit was quiet, you couldn't hear anyone else in adjoining units. Overall, enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

I thought the place was great! The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes etc, the only thing missing was a cookie sheet. The rental went smoothly, everyone I spoke to regarding it was very helpful. The fellow working at the front desk was also very helpful!!! Would recommend to a friend and stay again :)<br/>

Although it was a 1 bdrm/1 bath, our family & friends fit in just fine. We liked having underground parking (there was a typo on the instruction sheet which made getting into the garage very difficult), and being on the main floor. The condo is set up nicely with all amenities we needed. The outdoor hottub should be MUCH larger, because only one small family can fit it at a time.
