Aspens has an incredible slopeside location. As with everything in Whistler, it is expensive, but relative to other Whistler options, it is reasonable, and the full kitchen is great to allow meals at home and save on eating out.Blackcomb Peaks was excellent in managing the property. Provided a coffee grinder when we asked for it, and more importantly gave us a fresh set of sheets very quickly when my son unfortunately got very ill.We would definitely stay here again.

What a location! A true ski in and out and easy access to both Upper and Whistler villages. This condo was close to elevator and just far enough from the street and pool noise. Nice view of the woods from the balcony. The condo was clean and the complex is well kept.

Very convenient location. Just couple of minutes walk to the upper village (through the mountain slope, not road). And, of course, ski-in/ski-out access - priceless. Ski valet service is convenient too.The suite itself is in a good condition, comfy, well maintained.

Our booking was wrong and the staff helped us switch it without an issue. With a family travelling and arriving to find their booking was wrong, we were extremely happy they were able to work with us on a busy weekend and make sure we had a place to stay. And the room was great and very clean and the kids loved the outdoor pool. Thank you so much.

We really appreciated how clean, quiet and close to the upper village we were. The kids loved the accessibility of the pool and hot tubs for their warm weather fun. I was a little bummed that there really is no street parking, so you shouldn’t even mention this as a possibility. When we were there about 25 cars were ticketed for misunderstanding the street signs. So bummed for them. Your place was perfect for our group. Thank you!!

The condo was not luxurious but it had everything you could ask for. It was comfortable, quiet and convenient. The few minor problems we encountered were quickly remedied by the rental company. I have stayed at the Aspens condos many times in the past and and plan on doing so in the future.

Great room, but to what service are you referring? There was absolutely no service at all. The dishes were not clean. The supplies that were provided were not adequate for the number of guests and the length of stay. Not enough coffee (1 bag of coffee) (no splenda) (shampoo and soap not enough).. But other than that, great location, overall nice room.

We had a three month stay here, and really enjoyed the location in ski season. In bike season the ride back up from the valley was good exercise! We were VERY impressed with the speed an quality of service from blackcomb peaks Any small issue was dealt with within hours. The service engineer was smart enough to bring us a fan BEFORE the weather got hot. The fridge developed a fault, and the engineer brought in a brand new one within a few hours. We expect to be back in Aspens with blackcomb peaks

Enjoyed the quiet side of the building in unit 427. The bedrooms were spacious but the living room and dining area were small. Kitchen needs to be upgraded. The new carpet was good. The pool and 2 hot tubs were good. Did not appreciate the extra cost for parking after spending over $800 for the rental. Liked being not too close to the village.

Aspens 427 Nice Unit

This unit was very nice and we had a good trip. The lower Cupboard was broken probably because people mistake it as a lazy susan and pull too hard. The Master Bed was like a rock and caused us to wake up often. BBQ ran out of Gas but the new take was there in 5 minutes so dinner did not spoil. Wow! The WiFi and all entertainment was awesome and the kids loved it. Also allowed me to do some work. True Ski In Ski Out!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aspens 427. The accommodation was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils! The location was excellent, just on Blackcomb mountain. I would definitely stay here again!

A few things: - We battled with really poor internet until we finally complained and were told to just take the lead out of the router and put it back in again after 1 minute. This worked, and it seemed it was a regular complaint. If so, why doesn't housekeeping just do this as part of their preparation for each guest? - Why can't Blackcomb Whistler use the main reception? A few times we wanted info and were told to walk to the other office. Sometimes this was out of hours (including the internet issue above) and the main reception could have been helpful if they'd been involved. - Generally very good facilities with ski in/ski out being key for us. Cost of everything at Whistler becoming an issue though.

I stayed in Aspens #427 in early April after last-minute plans took me to Whistler, and I couldn't have been happier with the location, amenities and overall value. I actually appreciated the compact, cozy layout of the unit, and the spacious patio made for excellent Apres nature enjoyment. It has a somewhat secluded location, yet is very convenient to the slopes. Whistler Village is a quick 10 minute walk.<br/><br/>Blackcomb Peaks Accomodations were very service-oriented and I would highly recommend renting through them. A top-notch company.

We rented a 3-bedroom condominium and arrived to find only 2-bedroom units throughout the complex. I do not consider a pull-out sofa a "bedroom." One bathroom had not been cleaned. The furniture was old. Some lights did not work and there were no lightbulbs available. There is no on-site manintenance assistance. Finally, there was an unpleasant odor in the elevator lobby - perhaps mildew.

Our family had a lovely time staying at this condo. It was cozy,clean and convenient to Whistler Village close to the ski hills. The livingroom window faces a row of tall trees, so it offers privacy. We just stayed home one morning and read because it was so nice and quiet. We would stay there again.

Perfect weather, fabulous location on Blackcomb Mountain, Roy has turned #427 into the ideal family condo: two large bedrooms, three TV's so that the kids, mom and dad and grandma could each watch their own programs, fully stocked kitchen complete with barbeque on balcony. Aspens is well run and very clean. The pool and hot tubs are an added bonus...great fun and great family weekend. Thanks Roy and crew...thiss is why we have been coming here for the past ten years!

Toilet was not flushing properly. The maintenance manager, Dave instead of apologizing for this issue threatened us to charge $75. <br/><br/>There are warning signs all over the resort of penalties if you 'do this' or don't do that'. Doesn't feel that we are relaxed on vacation.<br/><br/>If you book the room through website....you will not get proper service. If you have questions front desk will not properly reply. They will say , "call the phone # on website". They are different company!!

As outlined in our check in information, the front desk at the Aspens is indeed managed by a different company. They are usually great at providing general building information to all guests as well as Blackcomb Peaks 24 hr contact information. We will follow up on your comments to ensure that this process runs more smoothly in the future. The signs, regarding fines for having bikes or skis in the elevators, are a common occurrence in Whistler. These policies are in place to prevent damage to the building and keep it looking nice for all guests. Regarding the toilet, you advised us that it had clogged and we had a plumber there within an hour to fix it. In spite of his insistence that it was caused by the guest in house, we took you at your word and did not charge you for the call out. We do apologize if there was any miscommunication from our staff regarding how this would be handled. Sincerely, The Blackcomb Peaks team

Condo was fine, but Whistler wasn't. I've skied all over the world. Whistler is way over-rated. We should have gone to Colorado or Utah, even though they are not having a good year for snow.

High marks to Blackcomb Peaks for excellent service. Friendly and easy to contact, and very responsive in supporting a couple of maintenance issues onsite. Unit 427 itself was a disappointment. While it is indeed quiet, which is a plus, the living area is very small and awkwardly laid out -- one of the smallest 2BRs I've seen at the Aspens (which is a good property overall). The dining table protrudes into the living space, making it hard for a family to enjoy. Not a unit I would book again.

Great Location! Out the door ski right to the lift. No car needed walked everywhere. Locals very pleasant and welcoming. Aspens for a Holiday light on staff at front desk. One hot tub out of order. Both computers in Business Center out of order.

Great. The king size bed was to hard for my banged up body. The Aspens is our favourite place to stay summer or winter. We will be back.

Overall pretty good. One major improvement is ski/snowboard management. The valet is the only option for storing equipment but takes 20 minutes every morning... not good

The living room and dining area was a bit cramped but I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the fact that everything was in working condition. There was no room in the bike storage for our bikes so we had to keep our bikes on the bike rack on our vehicle. Check in and check out was easy and smooth and staff were friendly.

The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The value was great for the room! The elevator system was not operating properly which was a bit frustrating. We found a broken chair, reported it but felt uncomfortable how it was handled when were asked if we looked around the room and over the balcony for the missing leg so it could be fixed... Rooms were hot but so much pot smoked outside from another unit(s) that we had to keep the sliding glass door closed - that was VERY <br/>disappointing. Toilet in master bedroom did not flush properly. Overall, it was a really nice property for the value - and have recommended it to a friend with cautions...

Whistler is beautiful, and Blackcomb - Aspens was a great place to stay. Self contained, fantastic access to the slopes and helpful friendly staff. Best part the room was clean and well stocked. Love it.

Fantastic condo - clean, comfortable, enough room for 3 adults and 2 children, great pool, nice balcony, underground parking, prime location (Blackcomb Upper Village is steps away). Only complaints - fridge took a while to get cold, kitchen tap needs to be replaced (can't get cold water, just warm or hot) and fireplace gas was turned off (it was summer but we had one cold morning and fireplace would have been nice). Overall I would stay here again for sure.
