This third floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit is located in the Aspens Lodge on the slope side of Blackcomb Mountain. It features a cozy living room with Venice, the sinking city of canals, inspired art work, gas fire place and a patio with BBQ overlooking the ski hill. The lodge common pool and three hot tubs offer the perfect après ski body & soul recovery. For those who want to treat themselves, a nice variety of eat-out options are available in the Upper village, just a short 5 min walk down the ski hill, alongside the Wizard Express Chair.

This is a terrific place - much better than similar units for a couple of reasons. The kitchen is equipped with a pot set that works well with the electric range. There are convenient hooks all over the unit so you can hang up your ski clothes after a day out in the weather. The location is unbeatable.

Location was great. The unit was good. Could have more than exactly 6 forks etc. Had trouble sorting out the heating. Better instructions would have been appreciated. All in all very good.

This was my family&#39;s third stay at the Aspens, and first stay in Aspens 355. We love the convenience of the Aspens: ski-in/ski-out, on-site rentals / ski-valet service. That&#39;s what keeps us coming back. Aspens 355 was our best unit yet! Great views, and the bed was so comfy! Note: with each unit we&#39;ve stayed in, the pull out bed is not great for older kids / adults, so I&#39;d recommend bringing a sleeping bag or or foamy for extra padding.

We had a good time in this unit, which is close to the slopes. Nicely furnished. Good for couple or family of 3-4. (Walk to bathroom is via room with sofa-bed).

We really liked the unit, it was clean, comfy bed. The only think we were wondering about, we both kept getting very stuffed up over night, so maybe better vacuuming and more dusting would help. We haven&#39;t used the heating, so that would not be affecting it. Also the view from the room could by improved by cutting or thirming some of the trees in front of it. The last day, the gate on the back of the property was locked even during the day. We needed the access key, which wasn&#39;t mentioned in your instructions.

We had a great time. The condo was very comfortable. However the common areas could have been cleaner. In one of the elevators there was a packet of sugar and other litter for at least 3 days.just so you know. WE HAD A SMALL ANT INVASION FROM ONE OF THE WINDOWS WHICH WAS ADDRESSED BY THE OWNER TO RID OF THE INSECTS. I WOULD ADVISE PROPERTY MANGEMENT TO REVIEW THE WINDOW AREA AS IT WAS THE ONLY WINDOW WITH MOSS GROWING ON THE OUTSIDE WHICH COULD ALSO BE SIGNS OF OTHER ISSUES THAT NEED ASSESSMENT. BEYOND THAT, THE ACCOMIDATIONS AND STAY WERE A GREAT VALUE AND TREAT FOR OUR STAY AT WHISTLER. HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED OUR DELIGHT TO FRIENDS AS PLACE TO GO FOR VACATION TIME OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO.

The location of the aspens was great - right next to the slope. The room was nice and had plenty of heating to combat the cold weather. The hot spa was a nice bonus after a day skiing. would love to stay here again.

We have stayed at the Aspens 3 times but, this is the first time in this suite with Blackcomb Peaks Accommodation. The reservation process and communication from the company was clear. We enjoyed the large suite but, do note that the path up the hill is right next to the suite so that conversations are easily heard. The building itself is quiet and well maintained. Check out time is 10 am but, the housekeeping knocked at 9 am to see if we were still there. I would have preferred they wait until 10 am.

Had an amazing time, one thing was that the WiFi barely worked so that wasn't a great perk to advertise, and the only other thing that was a little gross was there was a small blood spot on the duvet on the bed, it wasn't a big deal cause it was too warm for it anyways so it wasn't being used, but that still should've been dealt with before hand. . Other then that we were very satisfied

We had a terrific time in Whistler. Blackcomb Peaks was great to deal with - no hassles at all and we didn't even need to call them at any point during our stay. The Aspens is well located and we loved the ski-in, ski-out functionality and the convenient ski shop in the lobby. <br/><br/>Room 355 was fine for our purposes but there is a strong smell in the unit - I think this is just from years of greasy cooking/use. You only really notice it when you first walk into the unit but we also found this smell stuck to our clothes after a few days. Also, the heater in the bedroom is loud and frequently turns on/off and the mattress is fairly worn down and spongy. But the unit itself is well located, very clean and has a fully functional kitchen.<br/><br/>We will certainly use Blackcomb Peaks again for our next rental - but we will likely try a different unit at the Aspens.

We had a great time at the Aspens #355, the view was wonderful! Loved the deck with BBQ. Perfect size for two. Could here the groomers at 1:00am, but we didn't mind if was fun looking out the window and the skier and riders. We will be back for sure!

355 was the cleanest condo rental I have ever stayed in. It was in a great location and very comfortable. I also got the best sleep ever! The bed was so comfortable! I'd use Blackcolm Peaks again. Plus Jamie was wonderful to work with. Thanks for getting our lift tickets and putting them in the room. That was most convenient.

Functional unit. Reasonable pricing. I suppose taking out your garbage and washing every dish before you leave helps keep cost down but seems kind of tacky to me. 10 am checkout also seems early especially when checkin isn't until 4 pm. Cleaning staff was at the door at 9:30 anyway. Coffee pot didn't work but was replaced within 5 minutes of a call. Really minor complaints and must say it met our needs and would definitely return.

Wonderful condo for a family of 4. Excellent location with amazing views of the upper village, the slopes and mountains beyond. The only complaint was the noise of the groomers on the slopes at 4am. Those I understand can be heard from other units as well though.

The Aspens is in a great location for getting up the mountain or down to the Village. This complex has lots of great facilities-- pool, hot tubs and gym. Aspens #355 has a great outlook with a 180 degree view. This particular unit could use a few updates but it has everything you need to enjoy your stay!

The location of this unit is on the very noisy walking path to Upper Village. there was a flying ant infestation, but the property management treated this problem when we called. The propane tank was empty, but the property management brought a new tank quite promptly. The carpeting was quite stained and worn. We enjoyed our time at Whistler/Blackcomb.

This is not our first stay at Aspens 355. When we're in Whistler we like to entertain family and friends. Here are a few suggestions: a firmer mattress, a large saucepan that goes into the oven, a spatula, a list of TV channels, service for 8, 9 x 13 pan, 2 folding chairs

The room was bright with lots of windows offering a views of Blackcomb from the bedroom and living room. You were close enough to watch skiers come down the hill. It was perfect for 2 people, but could accomodate more as the living room had a sofa bed. The Aspen's is a 5 min walk down the hill to the bottom of the hill -Upper Village. Comfortable, clean and convenient. Thank you

We love the convenience of Aspens 355's location next to the outdoor jacuzzis and pool and especially the Wizzard Express ski lift as they are just a few steps from the condo. 355 is very bright with lots of windows and a westerly view of the ski slopes. Roy and Jamie are real quick to get back to you if you need something. What agreat ski on off condo!

This was our third summer visit to #355. it is a nice quite location with only a short walk to the lifts and the Blackcomb village. The room faces the ski run which offers a nice view of the lift and woods from the deck. We will be returning.
