We had such a great trip! The location is perfect with a true ski in/ski out location. We came up with our 2girls and my parents, with enough room for all 6 of us. My only complaint would be the pullout couch, it is very soft and worn down. Otherwise the place was amazing and we would stay there again!

This is our second time to stay in this condo. It is my favorite condo rental not just in Whistler but anywhere! The condo is spacious with two living rooms, which is perfect for kids and adults when relaxing during the day or at night. It is situated perfectly on the mountain so you can literally ski to your balcony and the view is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There are tons of hooks on the walls for coats and ski clothes. We love it here and can't wait to come back again!

If you're looking for the perfect ski in / ski out condo this is it. Clean, neat and tidy. This two bedroom condo provides plenty of space for the family. The main kitchen has all the supplies needed for a great weekend away. The internet on site worked perfect. Having two living rooms made for some great shared space. The three hot tubs and outdoor heated pool are a great way to send time in the evening. A short walk to Blackcomb base and Whistler Village. Great restaurants to choose from every night. The Ski valet at the Aspens was super helpful each morning. Parking on site is fast and easy. The front lobby staff was delightful and happy to help us with anything we need. Clean up on site after our vacation was perfect. Recycling, garbage and bottle returns we're all in one convenient location. We felt relaxed, refreshed and welcomed at the Aspen by guest, owners and condo staff. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Patrick Owen Sound, on

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this location. The place was lovely and very convenient to everything especially with the walking trail right beside us. Our condo was very clean when we arrived and the beds are so comfy (lots of linens supplied as well). The kitchen was great and was fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The pool and hot tubs were great and we used them everyday. All the information we needed was provided to make it so easy to get into our unit. The location was close to the village yet far enough away for it to be nice and quiet at night which is what we wanted. The only small thing was the hot water during our stay was only tepid at best in our suite. We will certainly be returning.

Stayed at this condo during the last two summers. Enjoyed being close to the pool, convenient parking and free shuttle bus service close by. We received speedy service for toilet & dishwasher. Would appreciate the owner providing another set of dishes & cutlery. Looking forward to returning to this unit again next year!

Really,really nice place. Would have easily got 5 stars but kitchen is small. If you plan on big family meals you may want to look elsewhere. Fantastic location, great space with large den and bedrooms. Right on the ski run and a short walk to upper village.

An amazing 5 star location (best ski-in, ski-out in the Valley right from your deck!), unfortunately combined with a very dated 3 star interior and furnishings. For families of five the Den is a real plus (no one has to sleep on living rm sofa!), but strangely enough the Den is the nicest room in the Suite. The Master and Den need black out blinds as the rooms are extremely bright at night being on the interior courtyard. Not a lot of room for groceries in the tight kitchen, but good enough. None of these are deal breakers for me though as the location is so good, the Den makes our families vacation so much better, and the Aspens has three great hot tubs and a big pool. For summers, more real A/C units in all bedrooms would be a plus.

We loved our stay in Aspens 255! The location was great and couldn't be any closer to the hill! Our only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was a little too worn down. However this did not affect the quality of our stay!

This was such a great property! Spacious, completely, thoughtfully equipped, and attractive. So much so, that my grandchildren and son/wife who were staying at another property kept trying to either:1. initialize an immediately trade with them or:2. promise unit 255(for them) for our family return visit next year. Thank-you owners, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Blackcomb Peaks does a great job taking care of guests and very responsive to questions. It was unfortunate the halls were under renovation, elevators out of service, one hot tub was out of service, some of us had to shower with only cold water. Perhaps just our luck with timing as we have stayed in this building in the past and had great experiences. We will most likely be back as its a prime location and overall a very nice place to stay.

Room, facilities and location exceeded out expectations. The condo was well appointed and spacious with a great location right on the slopes. If there had been more snow we could of skied right down to the gondola from the balcony of the room, we look forward to trying that next time. The proximity to the gondola and village was very convenient and a short walk. The pool and spas was greatly appreciated by myself and the rest of the family. The hardest part was getting the kids out for dinner

We really enjoyed our stay at Aspen 255. The unit it’s self is excellent and the location could not be much better. Our only concerns were a little bit of cleanliness upon arrival in the bathrooms and a number of the dishes had to be washed before first use. Other than that things were great! Thank you

this cosy and well-located condo has everything a family needs for fun in Whistler. Plenty of space, nice pool and hot tub, and rooms to cosy up in, you can easily sleep 6 people. Needs to update its cooking utensils as they are getting a bit long in the tooth, and I would replace the coaches and chairs in the main living room as they are sagging, but if that happens this is well worth its value!

We stayed at Aspens for 2 nights last weekend with our 2 young grandsons. The unit was big with 2 good size bedrooms and a large den/Tv room. The kitchen was well equipped from paper towel, salt and pepper etc. We would normally have to bring all those items plus more. Definitely will be staying there again. Thank you

The Aspens Condo 255 was a great space, and especially well suited for 2 couples, with 2 living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms. Would have given a 5 except for the ants, all around the windows, especially in the suite section where the kitchen was . there were hundreds.

This condo has been updated nicely, contained two spacious bedrooms and a nice size den. Love that there were two separate decks. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had ample utensils. The only thing that would be nice in kitchen is cookie sheets otherwise it was well stocked. It's just to bad that previous renters had damage the counter top range and fan. It is located in the Nicest location on Blackcomb. At our time of rental the pool was not working and our grandkids were a little disappointed however there were 3 hot tubs and they seemed to enjoy those. Our family enjoyed having Thanksgiving in whistler and we would definitely rent this condo again.

The Aspens has an excellent location on the Blackcomb Upper village just above the Fairmont Hotel and Blackcomb base, it is a small walk up the hill on an evening which is an acceptable distance of 2-3 mins but anywhere else in the upper village would be hard for kids etc<br/>The apartment itself was ideal with plenty of space for 5/6 adults with 4 adults sharing the main bathroom and the other 2 adults in the ensuite, anymore people in the apartment and it would struggle to cope for space, both for bathrooms and there is very little room for ski gear (jackets, helmets, gloves, trousers etc)so putting 8 individuals in this apartment would be a struggle.<br/>Great trip, apartment, location and would stay here again

This property exceeded our expectations. We rent many ski properties in different cities and this was one of the better experiences. Blackcomb Peaks Accomodations was very easy to work with. The unit was well maintained, clean, nice sheets, towels, etc.. The photos are true to the actual property. It is worth noting that the "den' does have a door and a closet so is actually more like a 3 bedroom property (but it is a sofa bed). The ski valet is a nice feature for the property. Some members of our group used the on site ski shop for their rentals and were very happy with that. The prices were actually a little lower then the shop in Blackcomb. You can actually ski right up to this unit if you wanted to come back for lunch and just leave your skis on the patio. This seemed like the only unit that this was possible with - nice feature! The hot tub was great, very large and several on the property and nice towels given to you at the desk. Finally, we used the transportation offered by Blackcomb Peaks to and from the airport and this was a huge bonus feature! Comparable rate to taking a group shuttle and wonderful, personal service by Alan. He even stopped at the grocery on the way in so we could stock up on food. They have a trailer behind the SUV that carries your luggage and gear. I would book this property and any property managed by this company again without hesitation. Thank You!

We enjoyed our stay in Aspen #255. This unit's location is excellent. You can climb over the patio railing and be on the slope in 10 feet. The management company was great. Everything from booking, checkin and checkout can all be done via their website.

This marks the fifth year of staying at the Aspens - each year a different unit - depending on the number of family/friends. Aspens #255 is definitely in a category of its own. Obviously an owner's condo, the personal touches add much to the unit. The master suite and second bedroom had very comfortable beds, a granite island in the kitchen, well-stocked utensils, stainless steel appliances, two gas fireplaces, etc. The only negative was the fold-out bed in the "den." Not at all comfortable, suggest replacing. But if this is my only complaint, it's minor. A beautiful condo, very well appointed and so close to our favourite family apres-ski activity - hot tubbing. The amenities outside of the unit seemed a tad rundown this year. The pool was closed for three days (no reason given) and the hot tubs were warm as opposed to hot. Due to the universities Reading Week, the hot tubs were well-used so we had to choose our timing. Having said all this, we would not hesitate to book this condo with Backcomb Peaks Accommodations Inc. in the future. (The B.C. smoked salmon was awesome - thank you!)

The whole experience staying at the ASPENS was faultless, lift passes awaiting us in our room ,ski hire booed at waiting at the inhouse ski hire shop, the courtesy and efficiecy of the reception staff where the possibly silliest requests were handled with pure profesionalism. We booked room 255 and this was great after a long days skiing or indeed the walk back from your apres ski was made all the easier as we could see the light of our room nesling into the slope side. I have to say that of all the ski in ski out accomodations we have stayed in throughout the world this is tops, with the side access door into the sccomodation we could be in from the slopes and sat in our lounge in less tha 1 minute ( I kid you not) don't really want to big up this accomodation too much as it may not be avaialble next time we come if you all jump on board. Friens with us stayed in a different accomodation paying a lot more than we did and were totally in awe of the location of this accomodation. would I come back and stay here **** YEA

We had a great week is Aspens unit 255. The unit has a great location and you can literally step over the balcony onto the run. We did have an issue with hot water but the owner of the management company fixed it personally and the service was great. They weree doing a little work on some of the hallways - carpet, skirting boards - cornices, which detracted from the look and feel but I assume this will all be fixed by now. Overall this was a great place to stay. Right on the slopes-genuine ski in-ski out and a lovely 5-10 minute walk into the village of Whistler.

Lots of room for everyone in our family to have a little "me" space. Nice location: right on one of the Blackcomb lifts without being right in the evening noise. Easy walk to the lower Village, we never took the car except for when grocery shopping and there was free 2 hours parking for that task. We were a little afraid about the walk home from the lower Village being all uphill, but this was no problem at all. Not too far uphill. Description and pictures of the unit are accurate. We will rent this home again in a heartbeat! Loved Whistler in the summer. We have two mountain bikers in the family and there were endless choices for riding. We rented during Crankworx which was a blast! Reservations folks were always prompt and it was easy to book. High recommendation!

It was great location for our boys and us for their ski camp. There was great actives, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, swimming, and peak to peak was great. The big problem we had was there was NO A/C and it was so hot in the condo we had problems sleeping at night. Pool also was super busy with kids.

Excellent apartment, large enough for our party of six. Kitchen well equiped for every day cooking. Good location and view right on the slope on Blackcomb. I highly recommend Aspen 255.
