View Lodging Policies for our Accommodations in Whistler
The following is a list of our policies and procedures that are in effect when you stay in one of our Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations. All Blackcomb Peaks customers will receive full documentation prior to your stay with us - the list below is presented here to allow you to become familiar with our policies.

Minimum Stay
3 nights with the exception of the Christmas Holiday, New Years, and President's week (US holiday) which are a 5 night minimum.
Check-in Time 4:00 PM (PST)
Check-Out Time 10:00 AM (PST)
Cancellation Policy - 45 days cancellation
Cancellations more than 45 days prior to occupancy will forfeit 25% of reservation total. Cancellations within 45 days of occupancy will forfeit the remainder of the total unless the unit can be re-booked. If re-booked the guest will forfeit 25% of the reservation total
Damage Deposit
Upon inspection of the suite, we retain the right to apply up to $500 or $1000 CDN (dependant on property rented) against your credit card for any damages incurred.
Payment Procedures
We accept Visa, Mastercard, CDN Cheques and Bank Transfers. Payment due, in FULL, 45 days prior to arrival.
Reservation Deposit - 25% of reservation total is due at time of booking
Balance Payment - Balance is due, in full, 45 days prior to arrival
Pets
Pets are allowed in some properties with prior approval, please inquire. Unapproved pets will result in a $200 fine.
Smoking - No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of our suites. Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic fine of $200 to pay for professional cleaning of the unit. Smoking is permitted on the private decks with windows and doors closed. Please use ashtray provided and clean up after yourself.
Unruly Behaviour
Please note that we or the building manager reserve the right to evict any guest who displays behaviour which results in damage to the property or is disruptive to other guests.
Liability
We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Housekeeping
A midstay service will be provided for stays of 7 days or more.
Parking
We offer free parking at all properties except The Aspens which has a fee of $15.00/night CDN and can be purchased in the lobby of the building.
Check-in Information
A digital door code and unit information will be provided by email when your final payment is made (approximately 45 days prior to your arrival). All units are self check-in, simply arrive anytime after 4:00 pm and enter your code in the door for access.

Please call with any questions you may have regarding Lift Tickets, Ski Equipment and Transportation. There are discounts available on our website or we can point you in the right direction. Just ask!
