It features a cozy & spacious living room with gas fire place, patio with BBQ and a peaceful forest view. The lodge common pool and three hot tubs offer the perfect après ski body & soul recovery. For those who want to treat themselves, a nice variety of eat-out options are available in the Upper village, just a short 5 min walk down the ski hill, alongside the Upper Village Blackcomb Gondola (formally the Wizard Express).

nice place. the apartment is fully equipped. but it is in the upper hill. Ideally place close to the city would be more fun , but then that is more of a location issue than aspen issue

As always the Aspens is in a perfect locale. The pool is a hit with my children every time. Proximity to town is ideal. But, parking cost is way too much and cleanliness of the units is still subpar. However, we appreciate the upgrades in this unit: fridge, tv, beds. My biggest gripe is check in/out time, too early and far too late. If the reason is for cleaning, then it would be nice for it to actually be cleaner. And yet, we’re likely to return, because the pros listed above still are fantastic!
We appreciate such a wonderful review and we do our upmost to make our guests stay the most convenient and enjoyable stay that it can be. We always offer a late check out to guests that contact us if we can offer it. We also manage to assist guests if they are looking for an early check in. During our peak times we try our best to give all our staff access to these rooms for the next check in. If you were unhappy with the cleanliness of the room upon your arrival we have multiple members of staff available to assist you with anything you require.We hope to see you again soon.Thank you

I think one should be allowed a 3:00 check in. One should not have to take out garbage. The parking machine did not work with a credit card.

Our check-in time is 4 pm although we do let guests in earlier if the rooms are ready. The best thing to do is to call our toll free so we can check the room status and contact you as soon as the room is cleaned and inspected by our team. As for the garbage, the Aspens lodge is not a hotel, unfortunately. Rather, all of the suites are privately owned and professionally managed by a number of property management companies, such as Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations. Thus there are no typical hotel services such as garbage removal, room service etc. offered. We are sorry if you misunderstood the nature of the home you rented for your vacation. In addition, the parking is operated by the Aspens Strata and the 24/7 front desk can assist with those types of issues when reported to them. With that being said, we hope you had a good time in Whistler overall and we hope to see you soon again. Location was FANTASTIC!! The property itself was under construction but we were well informed prior to our arrival and was offered the option to cancel full refund. We decedied to stay at the property and was unaffected by the construction. The condo was clean and comfortable. We left something in the condo when we left. Thought the item was gone for ever but no it was hand delivered back (out of town as well). Overall great stay and great location.

We came to ski and snowboard and were pleasantly surprised to find we could still ski-in/ski-out despite the low snow year. Great unit for cooking and hanging.
