Picture yourself in this newly updated Townhouse in the Sunpath Complex. This 650 sq. ft. south facing corner unit in the heart of Village North is steps away from everything you need for a great Whistler vacation. Best of all, it's peacefully quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the street!



Leave your car in the free underground parking lot, relax and enjoy your stay. At 44 Sunpath, you are only a 12-minute walk to both Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas (or take a short free shuttle ride from just outside the door). You have the Market Place for all your shopping needs with in steps, and are across the street from the Olympic Plaza. Stroll the village with all its great restaurants and cafes including Quattro, Splitz Burger, Starbucks, Blenz, and many more just outside your door.



The unit sleeps up to 5 people (king size split bed in the bedroom, double and single in the living room), and is equipped with full size kitchen appliances, insuite washer/dryer, LCD HDTV and DVD player in both the living room and bedroom and a gas fireplace. After a day of skiing or strolling the village, come home to your cozy apartment, unwind in the hot tub and pool just outside your door, and enjoy dinner either at one of the restaurants, or at BBQ on your own private patio.

Driving Directions

Take BC-1 W toward Horseshoe Bay, go slightly left onto BC-99 N, when you enter Whistler Village turn right onto Village Gate Blvd. (it is the 1st light). Turn left on Northlands Blvd. Sunpath is on your left hand side just past the Cascade Lodge.\

This is a very comfortable one bedroom townhouse with pool and hot-tub right outside the door. Great location close to Whistler maarketplace and town square. This summer will be our third stay! Also pet friendly which is wonderful!

In a word, GREAT! I have booked with Roy/Blackcomb Peaks for years (diferent units), and never disapointed. We normally do not book ground level units, but because of the location of Sunpath #44 and the fact that it was listed by Roy/Blackcomb Peaks we gave- it-a-go and were very pleased. Thank you again Roy/Blackcomb Peaks Staff!!!

I recently stayed at Sunpath for a few months and was extremely pleased with the rental unit. Everything worked fine and in a few instances where I had to call Jamie at Blackcomb Peaks, I was helped immediately. Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of what I'd call the 'inner village'. Instead, you are close to the marketplace which has a grocery store, lots of low key restaurants and services. That being said, you're within walking distance of any location in the village!

Despite the fact that the shared hot tub was outside my door, I rarely heard noise past 9pm so sleeping was never an issue. Overall, great experience!

Our condo was fantastic! So close to the village and it was a lovely home away from home. Perfect for small families and so cosy. The host was wonderful to deal with and provided lots of useful information to make our stay more enjoyable.

Excellent location! Super convenient to hot tub and pool. Underground parking a serious plus. Really nice idea with the front door keypads to access units and not have to worry about keys. TV, cable and internet were superb! Bedding quite comfortable. Unit was extremely clean. Shower could use a remodel would be only recommendation.

The property was very close to the pool, which could get quite noisy. The patio however is off to the side and was very private. We loved the property with one small exception. We had our small dog with us and the unit had ant traps set out. A warning should be made to pet owners as this is a hazzard for them (our dog found 2 of them and was carrying them around in his mouth. We went on a search and picked them all up). We would certainly stay in this unit again.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at a Sunpath condo and we love the location, off the main walk so you don't get the noise, especially at night, but close enough to be able to walk to the lifts in less than 10 minutes. Nice clean condo, nice television in living room.

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient except for minor issues such as the fireplace not being functional at all. It made the apartment a bit cold but the property management team arranged a heater.
The other issue was that the sink was very dirty. It should have been cleaned up before any guests arrived. The greatest advantage was the location. Also, most things were available in the apartment. The look and decor was also good.

We would stay here again.

Great week in Whistler! Very convenient location next to village and shopping center. Clean, nicely decorated condo with appropriately outfitted kitchen and bedrooms. Over 5 feet of powder didn't hurt either.

What can I say, other than it was everything we'd wanted and more! Other than not being a ski in/ski out, (which didn't matter to us consider our kids are young) this place was Awesome! A Very short walk to everything with quality features and ammenities. Jamie, the ppty manager was absolutely excellent and there were no surprises. Personally, I though the location was perfect for a family and we loved being able to have our dog with us. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this unit to anyonne looking for accomodations for 5 or less, in a heart beat! Thanks guys!
