The following is a list of our policies and procedures that are in effect when you stay in one of our Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations. All Blackcomb Peaks customers will receive full documentation prior to your stay with us - the list below is presented here to allow you to become familiar with our policies.

Cancellation
45 days cancellation
Cancellations more than 45 days prior to occupancy will forfeit 25% of the booking & cancelations within 45 days of occupancy will forfeit the remainder of the booking amount unless the unit can be re-booked. If re-booked guest will forfeit 25% deposit.
Smoking
No Smoking
Smoking will result in the loss of the guests damage deposit to pay for the cleaning required.
Terms of Eviction
24 hr security
Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace. Please note: Special policies apply for Woods unit, please see Woods page for specific details.
Property Damage
We do cash damage deposits
Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the the offender is being hosted by the guest.
Liability
 
We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Pets
No pets allowed
Any signs of pets will forfeit the guests damage deposit to pay for the cleaning required.
Housekeeping every 5-7 days Depends on length of stay.

Terms of Eviction

This policy is enforced and determined by the property management.
Guest Stay Contract Not Needed

Information will be E-mailed or Fax no later than 7 days prior to your arrival.
Parking Parking is dependent on the accommodation you book. Paid parking rate is usually $12 Cnd. per night and may be purchased at accommodation.
